This issue does not exist in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014, so if you require all plugins to work, you will need to reinstall PS CC 2014 in order to use all of your plugins.Īdobe announced on June 15th updates for Photoshop and other Adobe applications thru its Creative Cloud. Thank you for your patience, at this time we are awaiting a response from Adobe on the confirmation and status of this bug. The reason it affects Topaz Labs disproportionately, is that we are lower in the alphabet, and tend to be near the bottom of our customers’ Filters menu. We understand this is limiting, but unfortunately, we do not have any control over the bug. We were able to replicate the bug, and resolved that in order to get our plugins to work, you will need to move us into the 5th slot or higher in order to function. So, options 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, etc, will not launch. Upon extensive investigation, it appears that the reason our software is not launching is that Photoshop launches the first 5 plugins in the 3rd party Filters menu, but stops after 5. We have identified a bug in the current (July 2015) version of PS CC 2015 that causes Topaz Labs plugins to not launch.
